Usually the 435 is bolted up to the 205 which has a 31 splines. Wagner Machine or Off Road Design would be better to help you with what 203 to use with a 435. The reason for the 2wd 435 in that write-up is to get a 28 spline shaft for the stock D20.The adapter for the 205 would come off for the doubler, so it should be the range box for the 203 is (6in) plus how thick the doubler plate is plus the 205 minus the adapter (14in-4in).
